Oh yeah, artman-the boyds packaging said 60lbs for 2 wheels, so im guessing they weigh around 27ish pounds each? I compared them to the replica 20's i had, and i dont know if 2 of the boyds weigh as much as one of them. Dropping like 46-48lbs of rolling mass has got to be good for something.

You're right. Reducing the unsprung weight should help the truck ride and handle a little better plus, of course, less weight almost always improves overall performance. A good move!

Actually Ron, it turned out that the axishp ones, were the same ones that i got from discount tire. Discount tire told me that they are right down the road from them, and they must use the same warehouse or something, because i actually got the last set. I had told axishp to hold them for me, and when i called discount tire they said they had one set on layaway, but they were on hold for me. I just figured id have an easier time dealing with discount tire if something were to go wrong, etc. Also, i know the lugs are 14mm, i have slicks and actually have 16 2 inch acorn nuts, but it just doesnt look like i could fit even a thin wall socket in there. I've noticed the people that use HRE's have like a lug that has spot for a bit or something? Just wondering where i could get them.

I bought my spline drive lugs from www.prestigewheel.com they have several lengths for our trucks. Don't for get to buy a couple of sockets for the lugs though they are cheap and the only way to get your wheels off if you use the spline drive. these were the only lugs I found that worked without dinging the lug holes.
