jlp vs psp tune
jlp vs psp tune
hey guys looking to purchase a new chip for my 2000 lightning. i am looking at either a jlp revolution chip or a psp tune. i have the mods listed in my sig. anyone have either of these tunes or any information on which one would be the best. thanks for the help.
I think the best way to determine which chip and tune would best suit your needs, would be to call both and speak to them personally.
Another way to find the answer your looking for, is to e-mail the Lightning Owners (Thru their profile) and ask them offline of their opinions of the chips that they have run.
While yours is a simple question, it will turn into a bashfest that will have to be closed. So you will never get the answer your looking for.
I run the SCT handheld tuner, tuned by JDM in Freehold NJ. And am very happy with the results.

You should check for any local shops as well. Even chips tuned by the "greats" still need fine tuning evey now and then...and to check your a/f ratios. Just make sure you tell them everything about you truck and everything you want to accomplish so you get what you want in a chip.

Jest kidding ... Well the tunes in town are pretty much
spread among the Big 3 ... But we are all still talking and
still friends. < grin > I have had success with Sal, Jon loves
JDM and there are a few JL tuined trucks around.
You set your goals and find a tuner that can make it happen.
If you get a chance stop by WWW.KYHORSEPOWER.COM ... All
kinds of hot trucks, cars, and such ...
