CatBack - is there a difference?

I have an '02 L with a 4lb pulley and superchip HP4 program. Is there any particular Catback exhaust system that is designed primarily to handle this combo? Any Dyno tests to prove the results?

I just put on my MAC Cat back and dont know it there was a performance gain, but I will tell you, I didnt know the stock one was that small till we took it off. The Mac is WAY bigger so I figure there has to be some gain.

the only gain you'll get is shinny exhaust tips and sound.

i bought my bassani just for the sound, but come spring time ill have headers and high flow cats on and should be seeing a difference when the ported blower goes on.

I'm saving to get some bassani's from Lightning Force...got the best price there at $619. Mufflers in most cases are for sound...you won't see eye opening gains from just a muffler. I do have an interest in the AeroTurbine mufflers that someone posted about. Would like to hear how they sound on an L

Honestly, I have the Bassani now and it is not much louder than my 40 series flowmaster were. I was kinda dissapointed after $650 Oh well, I guess the tips look better than what I had
