01 lightning - buying one

Planning on buying a Lightning, I would like to run the 4lb pulley instead of the 6lb. The chip is tuned for the 6.

What would be the result of interchanging to the 4lb. see mods below.

How much difference in performance would be from the 6lb to the 4lb..

What are differences between the two (4 & 6) as far as reliability and operating temps?

Other tips or help is appreciated.

Thanks.

-Black 2001 L
-45,XXX miles
-12 inch filter
-factory tech valve body
-4x4 tranny pan
-FRPP 1/2 drop kit
-gauge pod w/ autometer lunar series gauges
-(gauges)--boost, air/fuel, tranny temp
-euro clear corners
-bassani cat-back with x-pipe
-5% tinted windows
-custom front SVT emblem(replaced the blue oval one on grill)
-20 inch chrome 01 replicas with Kuhmo's (295-40-20)
-Metco interchangeable lower pulleys (4#, and 6#, 6# is currently installed)
-also have both belt sizes
-Diablo flip chip, street/strip
-Chip has been running on extra PCM, stock PCM is untouched
-TR6's

I run a 4lb lower and have done so for almost 2 years with zero issues, I believe the difference between the 2 on JDM's web site is like 8 hp but check the site, my guess is the harder you spin the blower up go the temps so in the summer I would bet the difference would be almost non existant on a bolt on only truck. Good luck, T
