amping front speakers?
amping front speakers?
How many of you amp the front speakers when you get a sub installed?
Do you amp all the speakers or none.?
Just wanted to see how many people do and don't and if it it necessary.

If you're talking about amping the stock speakers, don't waste your time or money. Adjust the gain on your sub amp so that the lows aren't overpowering, but wait on amping the front until you change them.

Gotta agree with Spyder, it's not worth amping the stock speakers.
IMO, it's not worth changing or amping the back speakers either. The back speakers just take away from the sound stage and imaging. Get a decent head unit with time correction so you can adjust the delay (as you are not seated in the middle of the speakers) and if you were going to spend money on the back speakers save it or put it into better speakers/amp for the fronts and sub.
