mini console for an XM radio (pics)

this is a mini console I built to hold an XM commander. I figure the same type of thing could be used to hold gauges too. I built it out of press board from home depot and then smoothed it with fiberglass filler and painted it flat black.

Well I enjoy your craftsmanship, for the XM Commander, which is a fairly small unit (I have it in my truck actually) that is a huge console! It's the size of a big old CB or something! But I like how you did it, I definately give you props on that. Why not just mount the commander to the dash?
