I purchased C&L High Flow Plenum , spacer , C&L power tube, C&L 95mm mass air system,accufab sbtb polished. 58in tourqe bars, Maqnnaflow mid pipes with high flow cats. I purchased theese items over the last six months never had one problem. Always returns my emails, phone calls product is always delivered when he says or before. Would recomend to anybody based on my past experience with MARK & LFP.

So patrons of companies are not allowed to make posts about them unless they are a paying vendor? That hardly seems fair. I thought we were free to say nice things about people here. Are you allowed to make bashing posts like the one you just made? I feel for you if you think you got ripped but I've never had a problem with any of the vendors. Everyone here is just a phone call away.

If you search you will find that some venders will not take/return customers calls or email, till they get trashed on the web.

And I'm glad I did because Mark has been nothing short of fantastic for me. Is he perfect? By no means. But I never bashed him and I got EXCELLENT customer service from him from the get-go.
There is an EXTREMELY well respected vendor in the Lightning world that I could personally bash because of the COMPLETE lack of customer service I'm receiving from him. But I still refrain because I know it's not his norm. At least, I can't believe it is because of how well loved and respected he is by the L community. Plus people would make all kinds of excuses for him regarding me problem. Yet when it comes to Mark at LFP, on the RARE occasion I can't get him on the phone when I call, he'll call me back within a day. He even answers my emails quickly, which is more than I can say for the vendor I'm having trouble with. That guy NEVER answers my emails.
Mark has the best prices, high quality merchandise, and excellent customer service on par with Tim at Chikenears.

Just do not get into a position where he owes YOU money...then you will find out what people are talking about. Then it becomes customer noservice!
