Revotec's name is actually Sin Li and he lives in Walnut, CA. I just got my corners today and all of the information on the box is as follows:
It's got a large 'N' in a blue square with part number FR346-U00W2 and the description is "F-150 01-03 Park/Signal Lamp." The lights are made in Taiwan judging by the sticker on the light housing that says '2004Y Made in Taiwan FA108' and the light housing has the following marking: KS-FR346.

You guys are getting screwed royaly! You're going to get really pissed at me. I just got a set of the Lightning head lights for my Expy from these guys:

I e-mailed them to ask about the matching corners and they quoted me (in an e-mail) $20 to add them to the order with no extra freight. I immediately called the 800 number on that auction page to ask how to pay the extra and order the corners and they just took it over the phone. They told me they'd ship that day...and they did. The funny thing is that they sent them seperate (a day before) my auction that I payed for on the same day.
Anyway, when they got here, they turned out to be the same crappy clear corners that go for $10 on eBay. I called the 800 number back and he told me they sent me the wrong ones but that they did have the ones "with the reflector" and that he'd send them that day and setup the pickup (on his dime) for the wrong ones. They delivered on both counts. The new corners came today. I was expecting the ones from TYC that have the yellow reflector just like the Lightning OEMs but the ones with clear reflectors came instead. I'm glad because they look awesome.

I just called the number listed in this link, 626-618-1102, and ordered a pair for a total of $30, you can't beat that.....just saved about 120 smackers!!!
