He ran his nitrous motor against my non nitrous, ''bolt on'' motor. How we compared against each other, is your call.

He is building a bad *** motor this winter, if you haven't heard. lmao
Well, I think he had to do something, because he hurt his motor. He was shooting gobs of nitrous in an attempt to be faster than me........trying to compete. Shoot a little juice to stay quick, is okay.
But shooting a wad, is bad on a stock 5.4 mod motor. Unless your running one of those RACETESTED progressive set-ups.

Me and Rob are going to run "heads up" next spring. His Lightning.........without the bottles.......against my "fixed" truck. Everybody knows I got 3 or 4/10's at the tree, so all he will be doing is looking at my tailgate. LOL He'll be my bitch for the first race.
BUT!

Then I'll run him with his nitrous sysytem hooked up and ready to kill.

If he doesn't beat me by 10 trucks lengths and 2 sec, I'll talk about him for 6 months and tell everybody about his little ****

I read this forum for both information and entertainment. As such, I find some posts are, in fact, informative and some are entertaining.

I usually find the first post gives a good indication of the subject matter and also gives me a good idea if I want to keep reading. By the time any of us have read four or more replies, it should be obvious that we've chosen to read the thread.

Sometimes threads like this one get effectively hijacked. This thread seems to have become a disagreement over the validity of a post and how many times a person is entitled to post. I have some trouble understanding why there should be any limit, as long as the posts pertain to the Lightning. My chances of meeting any of the players in this post are remote because of where I live. That still does not stop me from enjoying the input and interaction between them.

I do know, however, that I want to stay on the good side of Leeann.

And, to MISTERgadget: You frequently offer valuable and insightful input as well. I know the Rob and Gator thing rages on, so I think the best solution might just be for you to show up at the track and beat both of 'em!!!

If what Gator says is true and you don't beat him by a great margin, you will have to surrender your nitrous kit to him as he will be a better ambassador for us.
