I have a 99 Lightning with the all-black side mirrors.

It looks as though I could pop the caps off the fronts and replace them with the newer, painted ones.

Any place sell these? The local dealership looked at me like I was crazy.

 

I bought some..well my neighbor boutgh them and painted them. He is a painter at a Ford Dealership. He said they were not expensive. You could sand and paint the originals..be careful removing them as the tabs are easily broken....I put them on my Black 99...They may come painted now..not sure...
