F Atkins. I eat like crap every single day and I've been pretty much the same weight for the past 2 years. I'll be happy if I can get back down to 120 though.

Cutting your carb intake to 50g a day and doing 40 minnutes of cardio (work your way up to it) you'll lose weight in no time.

Exercise is the key

key but not necessary. I had a weight loss contest at work last year. I did atkins only (cheated at least once a week) and I lost 28 lbs in 1 1/2 months. Contest ended, I won the money, and I have since gained back 45 lbs

Rob,
Congrats on the new engine, it sounds like you'll be quite the contender next year. One thing though... you know have NO STANDING to complain about MPG your truck gets!

You should have those heads hollowed out a bit... Huge gains to be had in the heads.

Add a Cam just for the sound of it.
don't tell him that! The hollowed out heads is about all I have on Rob!

I might have to put the juice on this year to be the fastest MP truck out there this year!

Suavy :santa:
