Been there and done that many times. It's pretty scary seeing your ride exploded all across the floor, isn't it? But the results will be so worth it - congrats!

hmm.... lets see the big red Beast has moved around the shop a little... Perhaps under it's new "turbo" power?

Rob,
Congrats on the new engine, it sounds like you'll be quite the contender next year. One thing though... you know have NO STANDING to complain about MPG your truck gets!

You should have those heads hollowed out a bit... Huge gains to be had in the heads.

Add a Cam just for the sound of it.

Rob you need to get a Metco Aux idler for that 2.7 upper on the magnum. I know mine would lose 1lb of boost at each shift from belt slip. FYI there are a few floating around on the NLOC classifieds I just bought one of the new kind from metco from TIM along with a extra idler

Ya sure, what the hell it's only plastic, ($%@#$@#$)
(and yes big red runs ; o ), he's got some odds+ends to work out)

I spoke to Charles of Magnum Powers and we will address those problems if need be, (i do have 100 mm idler pulleys, I'll prob go with the Magnum Bracket and use them) But other than that, we got what we need for this Build, we're taken a diff approach. We call it "Project Low Budget Lightning" (I'm going to do a write up on it in e-zine)
(more on that another time)

Rob, it seems that everytime I read your posts, you are adding new parts to the buildup. Once you add up the damage, you may not be calling it "Project low budget Lightning". I would be scared to open my credit card bill, if I was you.

Best of luck with the buildup.
