Talking Got pulled over last night

Okay guys..........guess what? I got pulled over by some dumb popo last night. I was in Sac, Cali...........I just brought L still has no plates yet since I just got this about two weeks ago..........All Stock and the dumb popo told me that my exhaust is too loud. I told him that is stock exhaust he is referring to..........The dumb popo also stated that Ford trucks makes their muffle goes out the back and not the sides................I rolled my eyes and told he go harrass some import cars or go to a donut shop and chill, because I told him that either give me a ticket for my stock exhaust and wait for my law suit against the popo dept. or just blow like the wind..........I got better things to do than educate this dumb popo............. My friend was cracking up when I told him off..........

It's to bad you got pulled over for that reason. However pissing a cop off will never work in your favor. Sometime down the road it will come back to bite you and you will have wished that you kept your cool. Good luck next time you get pulled over and may I suggest you keep some KY jelly in your glove box.:santa:

to really understand them popo here..........they get all mad due to many imports and muscle cars drag races on the streets. Most of them are not street legal and with a minor upgrade, you can smog crap in Cali..........by the way, my friend was using the KY.........

Also remember that at that particular time he is judge, jury and executioner.

When you go to court the case might be dismissed or whatever, but your record will still reflect the infraction unless it was a "withhold Adjudication".
Oh, and you cant sue the "popo" dept, all a police officer needs to say is that he had probable cause to pull you over. Even if the reason is not backed up later on in court.

I have many cop friends and the one thing they hate the most is a smart ***.

Even mouthing off can get you arrested, so watch it. You can correct him if he is wrong, but do it politely.

BTW live in Fair Oaks for a little over a year and worked in south Sac. At the time I had a '92 5.0 Mustang. Never had a problem with the cops but that was a long long time ago.

BTW hope you bought your friend dinner at least.

Your story is total B.S.. You may have gotten pulled over but the rest is just nonsense and you are not impressing anyone by trying to make us believe that you mouthed off to a cop like that. I doubt anyone truly believes you. You would have never gotten away with that. Grow up tough guy and stop skipping English class. It's beginning to show in your typing.

well, all you out of state people needs to know about ca laws

According to California state law, you can not have ANY modified muffles. I verify this with the local California Highway partol station. If you stock exhaust makes over 92 db, they can and will ticket the onwer/driver.

Listen were not "haters". I think it's more of an attitude that we see as being young and/or uninformed.

If a "police officer" (or "LEO") pulled me over I'd not agrue with him let alone come on a public forum and brag to the world about my contempt for the *assumed* unjustified situation.

Just deal with it. Get your facts together and go before the judge. If all is like you say then it'll work out.

Not true......if you are a total a$$ to the cop, then he can find other things to arrest you for. But, to say that someone can't speak their mind in a situation where the cop is obviously misinformed is rediculous.
Freedom of speech brother. I live in Tampa Bay and have been pulled over before where I had disagreements with the cop. I wasn't disrespectful, but I let him know what I thought.

I doubt it went down "exactly" like g-divsionboyz said it did.
