No special kit for me, I went to ACE hardware and purchased a can of Krylon Fusion red paint. This paint bonds to plastics and just about everything, it's flexible and durable. I've had it on the calipers for a couple months now and it looks the same as when I first sprayed them, I also have it in my engine compartment on some rubber and plastic parts and no problems.

thanks for the info.. but didnt know that was a Hi Temp paint?

When I had my 01 I used hight temp red and clear and masked off about half the truck. It took longer to mask everything than to actually paint it. So whn I did the 04 I tried the G2 kit and it was 1000 times easier. Here is a pic of the 04 completed:
