Well the JDM requires the bigger MAF right? In that case, REM or PSP are going to be my finalists.
Thanks guys!

Typhoon43,

The JDM one can use the stock 90mm or the SCT electronics. Whichever takes care of your power level.

I had a C&L on mine and lost power. 10-11 hp across the board, and up to 15lb. ft. We dyno'd it back to back FIVE times, same day, same dyno same results every time. I couldn't/didn't want to believe it. Anyone else test theirs? Is it just me?

Not coincidentally, I have two C&L's for sale. One with a hole for nitrous nozzle, one without. $75 ea.

Don't waste you time, Only one pipe to buy, JDM's new pipe with MAF extender or stock 90 mm one...

So far I like my C&L. I polished it myself and didn't even do a very good job of it, but I think it still came out OK.

My JLP ram-air setup with a C&L intake pipe rubbed the top of the hood, I had to get rid of it, I don't know if that is a problem for everyone because I also have the PSP billet nitrous plate, so I have a ton of stuff going on around the whole intake area. Hope that helps a little bit, I just stuck with the stock setup, it looks just fine, and with the rotation of the engine, it needs a little give. If you are interested I can sell you my C&L pipe, its just sitting in my garage right now.

Ok there are a couple things i want to point out.

I would use a composite tube. Most OEM intake components on many cars are plastic composites, for good reason.

I wouldnt use anything other than a stock MAF. Using the larger tubes doesn't allow the maf to flow more air AND retain the same accuracy. Your truck isn't going to max out the stoxk mass air anyways, and if it ever gets to the point where you will, buy an SCT big air MAF.
