change your u-joints, I bet there worn, grab the driveshaft and give it a rotational shake on jacks or in neutral and see how worn they are.........they have been taking a beating with that positive angle.

 

I havent been driving it! My truck is in the garage, its been off the road for a few months now, I have never driven it with the positive angle. The truck only has 5000 miles on it

 

The early springs have five leaves, like the 2003/2004's. The late ones are slightly stiffer and taller to bring the GVWR up to over 6000 pounds, putting it in a different tax and fuel category.

Your pinion angle looks pretty good from the photo. Are you sure your vibration is not wheel balance?

 

yes i feel the vibration right under the left foot, so im assuming it has something to do with the drive shaft

 

I think you're going to just have to change the angle a little deeper. If you're at about a -1 angle now, buy a different shim to shift it to a -3. The extra couple of degrees should make enough of a difference to eliminate the vibration.
