Thumbs down My Custom Car Cover

It is a sad day, time to put the truck away for the winter

The custom California Car Cover Came in Tuesday, So I took the truck out today and gave it a good cleaning. Then when I got home it was time to cover her up.

I had to have it made custom to fit over the roll bars sticking out the rear window. They did a awesome job, and it fits perfect. You can see where they added material to fit over the bars in the back.

Very nice Don.... I asked the wife to buy me one for Christmas a few weeks ago.
I can't fit the truck in the garage, so a cover will have to suffice.

How easy/hard is it to take on and off???

Mike

PS...wanted to meet you @ Bradenton, but I went to VA for turkey day.

it went on pretty easy, though it is a little awkward putting it on all by myself.

I don't know if a cover is the best solution if you have to take it on and off all the time, but for someone like me who stores it all winter it is awesome. Being in a big underground garage if you let the truck sit a few days it gets covered with a fine layer of dirt or exhaust fallout.

I feel your pain, Don. Did you get the Plushweave? Not that I drive mine much any time of the year but it's about that time too.
I just need a few hours on a weekend to detail it before going this route............................................. ..............................................
