predator shift firmness ?

what is a safe or best place to set shift firmness street and track .

Use the stock settings and get a FTVB, your transmission will thank you for it.

No, what does FTVB stand for? I asked for it at Mopac today and the guys were like "what the F*CK are you talking about"....
