I wonder how much it cost him to get that truck that fast? With John Hennessey giving him congrats, there is no doubt in my mind that this SRT-10 owner will be helping John Hennessey have a very merry x-mas.

My guess is $25K for the mods. I have heard any Viper Hennessey touches automatically adds at least $10K

Guess anything is possible with the right amount of money

Impressive considering it took Gen 2 Lightnings years before a first 10-second timeslip...

I'm pretty sure Hennessey has had plenty of prior experience on the Viper. I just can't believe they didn't try and reduce the weight!

Very impressive indeed..
More weight and with a 6-speed and all.
If it only cost him 25k in mods I don't think that is to bad at all.
No excuses and nothing being taken away from him, that is one bad a$$ Dodge..

"Sounds good Craig. We are having the video professionally edited. Should have it online in about a week."

hdmlnium,

Speaking of fast trucks, what have you done to the Denali? I heard you plan on running 11s with it soon? Any pics?

Now if I posted this in this forum about an srt-10, we'd have 10 pages of complaining.

Oh well...

Venom 800 Twin Turbo kit... $42000. Way out of my league, but it'd be fun to throw that kinda cash around!

Welcome to this week... now that you're here, blow me.

Hennessey is a dink and I would not let him touch any of my cars with a 10 foot pole. If you guys are not aware of Hennessey and why I am saying this just take my word for it.

Hmmmm Lightning 10 sec truck=$25,000+10,000(stretching it)
SRT-10 10 sec truck(high 10's)=$50,000+25,000 or more

You take your pick

There have been brand new '04 Lightnings sold at $25,000 in Raleigh, NC in case people starting arguing about it.
