Well, I won the battle.... Originally the dealer denied my claim because they insisted that I must have dropped something into the cylinder when I changed the spark plug... I knew I didn't so I kept fighting them... Finally they called out Ford warranty to look at it... Ford warranty denied the claim also, but that was because the DEALER PUT IN THE WRONG PISTON.. ..

The dealer bought me a new long block...

I still have a problem though and would like to know if anyone has the answers.... The rough idle from before the engine was replaced is still there...

It has a very hard time starting, I sometimes need to floor it to get it started; idles very very rough, the idle flucates between 400 and 700; when driving if I let off the gas it "lopes" and I can feel the truck lunge down almost as if it is switching from drive to overdrive, but not that severe, and it happens in all gears...

I REALLY could use some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
