Where can I get a good price on a FTVB from? Also what pan is recomended with this? Is there any way the Valve body will hurt my truck (2001) other than voiding my warranty? Thank You!

You order from Tim at Chickenears - and he'll ship that day if possible and you'll have it no more than 3 days. He'll send you a confirmation of order receieved and when he ships he'll send you tracking numbers. And if theres something defective with a part you order from Tim - you contact him and he'll send you another without any kind of hassle. Tim's got great service - thats why people like him!

FunFord,

What is another good what?

You don't have to buy the pan & filter, it's just an option that I offer. We all charge the same price, $225. I have them in stock and ship every day. Also, as far as we know, there has never been a warranty voided because of a FTVB.

I put on the B&M pan - thats a good one - drain plug at the rear of pan. Some guys like the Ford Motorsports one and that one looks good too.

I was wandering what another good pan is, and where to get one.

Will it cool as good as the FRPP or B&M pans since it dont have the fins?

Just my opinion, but I think the B&M will cool better than either of the other ones, the sheet metal on it would be less of a heat sink than the cast aluminium.

I like the B&M pan better than the FRPP one, because the plug does'nt hang down.
