Just a Quick Pulley Question!

Just wondering what boost I would see on a stk L (Currently @10PSI...TB, CAI, BST BYPSS) when I get a 2.7 upper pulley. 10PSI to 12 or 13PSi maybe? Also will a 2.7 upper slip with the stk lower? And I won't need tuning for right now wil I? This just an intermediate planned mod, saving $$$ for the bigger plans in ther months to come. Thanks Guys appreciate it!!!

Personally I would recommend a lower pulley first

I agree. I would go with the crank pulley first.

Crank first ... The onl;y reason I see for the upper is that
anything over an 8 pounder scrapes the lines on the bottom !!!

I had to slot the hole on the flate steel supporting straps to the lines you referred to, so that I could move then down slightly away from scraping the pulley (6 pounder).
