I was sitting at the new stop light at Williams Chevrolet on rt 40 and saw a black or dark blue(slightly shade blind) L talking at the light, thought they were lining up for a race. The Chevy had a mini van in front of it so the race probably happened down the road a bit. Was this somebody from this site?
