what color and year was your Lightning?

 

I am glad I live in the south. I don't live without my L for more than maybe three or four days a year due to snow or ice. I like the tahoes though. Good luck and have fun in the snow

 

I just had to do the same thing. 10 days after buying my 03 L I found out I was being transfered to Cleveland. I would have bought something more appropriate for this environment if I had known this is where I'd end up. I tried the snow tires and sand bags approach last winter and still couldn't make it up my driveway. Needless to say $500 a mo for a truck that had to sit in the garage 4 months a year just wasn't cutting it so I traded my L last Saturday for an Expedition. I still have my pulley, belt, and chip in the classifieds if anyone is interested. This is the truck I bought. Hey at least I bought a Ford!

 

Yeah, I know how you guys feel. I traded my 01 L in exactly a week ago.... for an 04.
