I have actually won it twice, once for over $10,000. I actually asked if I could meet him and pay him cash. He asked where I lived, and I gave him the address of the US Embassy in the U.K. He still said I had to pay up front or he wouldn't sell it to me. I have reported him to ebay 3 times now and they still haven't banned him.

I emailed him over a month ago about it and first he said it was in PA. When I said I had a friend who could pick it up to save shipping, he said that the funds would have to be sent to him WESTERN UNION ONLY over in England. Total scammer.

This is the same jacka## that stole someones ebay account and tried to sell me a lightning motor for 1k via second chance offer. I reported him to ebay scams and they claim they are aware of him and are investigating, but who knows...
