Up date for everyone...

I have found a person who can repair my heads they are being repaired as we speak.

They are charging me $120. for each head to re bore them.
They remove the locating dowels from the bearing caps grind off about .002" to .004" from them then put the locating pins back in. Re torque the bearings and line bore them again.

They are also hilie arching the spark plug lobes and adding inserts to them. They should be done in a week. Grand total including complete 3 angle valve job $450.

The Machine Shop has steped up and are willing to work with me on the price thus the 450. Tag.
The master mechanic said he appreciates my business.

Thank's again my Lightning family for your support...

No Problemo!

I was surprised that people offered cash. Goes to show how much people think of you!

I'm glad it worked out in the end. Now get that beast fixed and get to the track. And if you aren't using that 150 shot... maybe a certain black Lightning could run it.

(with the motor you're building this winter)

Mark, when you get ready you are welcome to give the NOZ set up a try. I got a full bottle, the hose, NOZ plate (PSP) and solenoids.

cpeapea, whaz up Bro?

Long time no hear!

Man I sat down with the engine builder and he said his boss OK'd him to cut me a brother in-law deal on my needed repairs.

You see I spent a small fortune with those guys last year.

However, I have to admit I prayed to God before I went into talk to him and ask them for their help!

God, is good all the time!

Peace, Suavy
