forging is needed to consolidate the empty voids after degassing, when the rods are billet, there shouldn’t be any porosity left....but then again there shouldn’t be any porosity left after forging....

Ken is a real down to earth person. They should have my new motor ready next week, mid week. I really want to find out what she will do. My mods will be close to superfords, so I might have similar numbers. Lets only prey!
