Wideband Commander Question?
I'm installing the Wideband Commander today in place of my EGT gauge.
For those who have done this before;
What is the yellow wire for? The RPM pickup is a two pin plug and the cable for that connection has only a single orange wire installed. There is also a single yellow wire (in its own black sheath) that was not snapped into a weather-pak housing. The only 'open' slot is the second pin of the RPM pickup cable and the side on the module has a yellow wire there. Nothing in the instructions discuss the connection of this yellow wire.
Any ideas?

Nevermind - I found the answer in the online tech tips.
The yellow wire is provided to connect an external alarm LED.
You connect the yellow wire to the 'spare' hole in the gage cable weather-pak and then connect the free end to an LED and (I think) ground the other side of the LED.
Spare wire for my needs...The gauge has a warning light.
