Now that I have seen your truck, the first thing I would do is get some kind of Toneau cover.
Before I got a ford factory cover I had a Sport Master cover and was verry happy with it. I had the dark grey cover and ot matched the bed rail caps real well.
I am sure there are some good truck assesory stors close to you, they may also see other brands you also might like.

Maybee other members will chime in on threre covers.
Also since you have a 99 the stock shocks may need to be replaced, the stock 2001 Bilstien shocks are a improvement over the 99 shocks. Maybee your truck has allready had these installed. If your shocks are yellow you may allready have them.
I will try to think of other things you can do for your truck, but I am tired from a long day of racing. When I think of other mods I will let you know.
