it takes a lot more than a vehicle to impress women--girls, maybe? You undoubtedly sound like you're in high school or certainly under 21? Spending lotsa time cruising because you're not over 21 and able to get in nightclubs?
If you want to really impress girls/women- get an education, so you have something interesting to say. Proper grammar and a good vocabulary will go a long way to impress them you're a person of "substance" and not a dumba--. Good education will get a good job/career with resulting income needed to buy all the superficial things that many women value. Want to impress a woman of substance--buy a house in desirable part of town!!
A nice car/truck only opens a door in a cruisin' enviorment. got to have a lot more goin' on to seal the deal! Can't put it under your arm and take it inside anywhere! Nobody, but you will think it's cool to be car poor--all your modest income goes into a nice ride, but nothing to back it up! For instance, spending money to do things, some nice, classy clothes,etc!
You are right about 1 thing--- girls/women can be very materialistic, regardless of age or station in life! Depending on degree to which it's carried. The modern incarnation of caveman strength is "success". Able to provide strength, security and protection for her. Just as normal as we wanting a pretty woman with big *****! You can waste a lot of time trying to fight these natural instincts, but smarter to recognize it and use for your benefit.
Cheapest, most initially impressive thing that almost always works is a fit, healthy body that is well groomed! Can't fake that!
You'll probably choose to ignore my rant and pursue "style over substance"? That's ok! The word quickly gets around if you are
"all flash with no cash". Thank God, I was smart enough to accept this advice when I was a kid, but the choice is yours! Have had a very long successful run as a bachelor, so I know it works! Oh yeah, good character, honesty, and integrity is even more important than all of above!

Stick with the 20's and the Zima. Directly applicable to the target demographic he's identified.

If you really need to know, im 23 , not under 21, I own my own apartment, and half owner of a restaurant. I do not have an education, but im learning alot from my past experience.
Im not out to get married. Im out to be young and enjoy youth. And sounds like you guys are bitter cuz you havnt been laid in your trucks....
Im just out to get a car I can afford, that gets attention from girls. Im still in my early 20's and I am not lookin to settle down and show a woman my assetts and education.
All i wanted to know was how the women react. And yes, today, girls are getting worse and worse and they go for that. Seems like you guys are old and bitter you missed out on your youth.
Serously, dont be bitter towards someone you dont know. Girls are getting hotter and hotter, and ive sent girls pics of possible cars im gunna buy, the L has been 1st choice, so women seem to love em

I just get an image of a guy surveying three gum-crackin', tube-top wearing 20 year old community college girls outside the Quik-E-Mart and asking "So... Sonic Blue or Metallic Silver? Predator Tuner or SuperChips? Soft tonneau or SnugLid? Which one makes you hotter?" and it's really, really tough not to laugh.

Girls don't really care about Lightnings, honestly, unless they've heard of it. Which is very rare. They seem them as just another lowered truck with aftermarket accessories.
If you want a truck, you're better off with one of those ridiculous raised trucks. Oh, and make sure you have a "west coast chopper" sticker or one of Calvin peeing on something. That seems to get the girls.
