E-Fan Install ? Help!

I got the fan with the module to turn the fan on with computer sensor for tempeture. The module came from hypertech.

Where does it go. It looks like a coolant sensor?

Thanks

I'm not sure about that brand? Is it just a smooth looking bullet type of shape? If so, most likely goes through the fins of the core. (pushes through) and then a plastic cap goes over the end to hold it in. Put it near the outlet hose area. (top hose)

should replace your block plug on the driver's side. There used to be a write up over on JDM's website, but I couldn't find it for you.

edit* I may be thinking of a different sensor, not exactly sure what ya got there.

Alright sorry it not being clear, it is silver bullet looking with wire coming from one end. It turns the fan on when the engine gets hot. Like it would if the regular fan was on.

Mine's exactly like that. It gets poked through the fins near the outlet hose. Should be a rubber/plastic cap that you put on the pointed end once through. Keeps it in.

it goes through the fins of the radiator, with the wire facing toward the tailgate.
Place it BETWEEN the cooling fins and don't puncture the lines.

What happens if your thermastat sticks and only reads that the coolant is fine but engine heats up because it is reading it through the radiator
