Track time says it all

in previous posts i told you guys about how i have all these mods and only put out 388rwhp and 470rwtq here is that list again
dynatech headers
filter
reflash
thuder pipe
BA bolt TB
ported eaton
lower 4
upper2
afco heat exchanger
ftvb
deep sump pan
ram air kit
90mm mass air
i think thats it well i went to the track hoping the dyno was wrong i only managed to get a best of 13.365 at 103-104 i have 3 run and all of hem the mph was the same i couldnt go passed 104. i was so focused on getting good times i forgot to look at the boost gauge. i really dont know where to start to try and find the problem. im thinking of taking off the upper 2 and putting the stock upper back on. if anyone can help i would appreciate it i would love to take it to JLP or PSP because they both know their stuff but i dont have the time. if anyone knows any good tuners that can help figure my problem out please let me know.thanks guys

How are your 60' times?

FYI- i ran 13.4@102.3 bone stock with a 1.9 60'. Launching techniques, traction, temps all have a great effect on these trucks...

I would definately have someone look at the tune....im not a big fan of reflashes....id look into a predator or sct, and get it retuned. I bet you will see a huge difference

I'd agree the Re-Flash has got to be looked at,
Do you know the Timing ? (god I love timing)

FYI I've run faster basically every time I ran using only 4lbs and not 6lbs. If it's hot and sticky where you are, racing with 4lbs will prob allow you better ET's, it's worth a try ???

Yes of course people USUALLY run faster with more boost, but it's all according to the tune, (it ALWAYS about the tune)
If you have a nice aggressive tune, hot plugs, and a cool day,
hell ya the truck will run strong, and sure more boost will provide more ET USUALLY. BUT sometimes in the heat and humidity,
vs the type of tune you have, extra Boost can actually work against you and slow you down, (been there done that).

My truck is clearly set up for Cold Weather Racing, and I will run up to 1/2 a sec off my ET in summer, HENCE THIS IS WHY I NO LONGER RACE IN SUMMER

Assuming those are dynojet numbers, I'd say you are pretty far off for your mods. I'd say you are about 40HP/50TQ off. So either your tune is really bad (what did your A/F's and timing look like?), or one of your mods is causing a problem.

Boost actuator adjusted right?
Bad supercharger port?
Belt slipping?
TB not opening fully?

Has to be your reflash. Your MPH is way too slow for those mods. What is your A/F? Timing? MPH is your true indicator of the amount of power. Looking at your mods you should be in the 108-109mph range.

You simply wont see a decent ET with 60 foots over 2.0 - No matter how much power you make...

Your speed is down by 5mph easily. That means its the power.

BTW: The MiLoc.org is having a get together at Stanton next Sat. Come on over and maybe we can help look things over.
