Anyone here think that bad plugs could be causing my disgusting ETs at the track? Even with my best crummy 60' of 2.20, I'm only running 14.6 at 95mph.
Don't look at your ETs. The ET is very dependant on many other things.

For now look at your speed. 95mph in the 1/4???!!! Your not making the power you should. Period. What's your 1/8 speeds?

Just start a systematic evaluation of each "system". I'd start with fuel. New filter and have the pressure / volume checked. Second is reading the plugs. Take a close up pic and post it so experienced eyes can see. If that's good, then maybe the I.C. system is'nt flowing like it should? (heard of that happening before) You ever try leaded gas? That'll plug up the cats...

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like this weekend I'll swap the fuel filter and pull the plugs. Hopefully be able to borrow someone's digital camera around here.

Never used leaded gas, but the previous owner...who knows.
