Unhappy Sad day for D-Day...........

Well boys and girls............

This past labor day weekend I took my L from 500 hp to 340 hp by stripping every mod I had invested in her off of her. Yes, unfortunately my world has changed and a CrewCab is in focus, did I hear the little pitter patter of feet.............ohh, boy.

Couldn't beleive the dif........ (no offense to you stock brothers)....., but absolutely depressing. Frick............ not to mention that on the way home I ran into a Z 06 and my first time only, the over-glorified SRT-10..............frick!

I want to say one thing.

To all my friends on this sight (even though I haven't been around lately) THANK YOU for all that you have shared and taught me. To the tuners that helped me build my beast another THANK YOU! Especially to Johnny at JLP, Tom at Outrageous and Tim at REM.

It has been one awesome year of fun and kick a$$ enjoyment!!!

And a special "screw you" to Rob-02Lightning (he will know that's a compliment) for getting me into this mess..................! And a big "Zoo Crew" cheers to my brother'n on the East coast, especially Pete for all that he offered to keep me in the game... awesome brother!

I am sure I will be back one day. Time to start concentrating on the '66 fastback and the little one (that pitter patter thing).

To all and keep it hanging!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, at least I am buying a 2004 F-150 Crew Cab FX4 and Tom has a preditor program he is developing.................... the sickness continues.......................

Dan, if you have anything you would want to sell to another Florida brother, let me know. I live in Orlando, and if Ivan doesn't make a hard right and take the Lightning with it, I am looking to mod a little further.

Hey Thunder Relax, don't be like a vulture
OR SOMETHING.

If Dan the Lightning Man happens to have a KB
OR SOMETHING
He knows who has first dips on it, RIGHT DAN

Bro, (I'm serious @ the KB)
but saddened (is that a word) about you getting rid of the L
Notice I say getting rid of, NOT LEAVING
Once a L Brother, ALWAYS a L Brother.
Dan you were one crazy *** "let me buy every got dam Mod out there" even before I get the Lightning wild kind of guy.
It was a pleasure and I feel I gained a Friend in you.

And WOO HOO CONGRATS on the Maybe Baby.
BEST WISHES IN ALL YOU DO (and where my got dam KB)

There are pitter patter of little feet arriving here soon too. I am gonna hold out and see if we can make it with just my wife's Escape or if I will be right behind you at uncle Ford's getting a Crewcab.

LOL, always a good laugh to the end..........Rob.

Thanks for the thumbs up! and the thought is mutual..... I will be back!

I am thinking a stroked 347 in the 66 for now. And the little one is already five - he just happens to belong to that women that made me see stars........ or continues to do so.... !

The KB and every other mod (other than the headers) are going to a friend in the area - basically he is going from a stock '02 to a fricking beast in a couple of weeks, when we get all the mods on her and tuned properly.

Turns out I have had a hidden code on a number six coil for at least nine months. I didn't know chips could hide codes, but according to Tom some tuners shut down certain code options. So... the bottomline is I could have been running on 7 cylinders in Bradenton last Feburary. That will teach me to put up with a stubbling engine for nine months. Ahhh.........live and learn.

Any way, thanks again...............friend!

Good Luck Jeremy

Nubbins... the headers..........dynatechs, high flow cats are already spoken for with an L brother on the east coast of Florida.

But for the record they rock! If you are thinking of going that route I strongly recommend them!

Nubbins, I offered the headers to eposey this morning due to the fact my friend on the east coast bought a Cobra. If he doesn't want them are you interested - complete for $700 you pay shipping?

Let me know and I will wait to hear from eposey.
