There is a VERY good chance my next ride will be a used Viper,
and it will have your Nitrous Kit on it

Ive ran two GTS vipers, one '98 and a '99 from a 60 roll no less and by 120 had the 99 by one truck length and the 98 by half a truck length. I thought they were faster than that. At the time all I had was a 4# lower, 2# upper,JDM J69 chip, filter, and Densos. Maybe they couldnt drive, dunno. But it was a blast!
Dont get me wrong, I have no illusions who would have won top end if we had kept going. We got out of 'em because a sharp turn was coming up. Wish I had the chance to run them from a dig.

in poor running order, with decent driver trap in the 115-118 range stock.
In good running order with headers and exhaust trap 118-121mph.
Heads and cam trap 122-128mph
150 shot of nitrous trap around 130mph
In all its gonna take a lot to outrun a viper (especially from a roll).
From a stop If they are napping at the light, it will take a while for them to catch you. Takes my buddy's 97 till I'm doing about 90mph to catch me (but he is doing about 115 by that point)

I figured that was somebody from this board ...
hey guys cut him some slack.
It took 3 downloads using a dazzle 80 and Pinnacle 8 studio software, to get it to work right.
Took 2 days (after doing it twice the first day, edditing it, adding music) when I went to save it an ANY FORMAT, it said there was an error.
Hours of work down the tube.

sup guys, my software is officially screwed up. so we're going to try and do this all over again, and return the software for something new.
as i was reading back through the post, i see alot of you guys think i beat the car. this is not so. the video shows us going at various speeds, and i hang with him.
run 1:
we take off on 3 honks, we stay side by side, then as he's shifting into the next gear, he misses it. (he's only had the car a couple weeks)
run 2:
we go on 3 honks, and he pulls out ahead of me, but i'm still there with him, my front bumper right on top of his rear bumper.
when we did these runs, they were from a 45-50mph rolls up to 100mph.
we ran 4 times, but he kept missing the gears on the other two runs. he's not a very tall guy, and says that the clutch is just too long for him.
for him, worst comes to worst, he could just race me in the 700hp turbo mustang
if it's nice outside this weekend, and my tire doesn't go flat again, we're going to get some dead stop action.

i wanted to hook our trucks up a few weeks ago...but i blew that heater hose while inhaling that "badazz" honda/acura. by the time we got it filled up with fluid the wife was on the cell phone reeling me in. when i get some free time i'm mounting my e.t. streets up to see how it'll leave with traction.
i'm self employed...i'm a wood flooring contractor and i've been swamped since moving back from mobile.
