ARP head stud torque

ARP head stud torque
been looking for the torque specs and stages of the arp head studs. tried calling sal, but i need to get this motor back together this weekend. anyone have them off hand?

Stage 1: 30 lb-ft
Stage 2: 60 lb-ft
Stage 3: 80 lb-ft

with moly lube.


just thought i might add this in case someone else in the future needs this info.
