Never had a Cervinis hood but their Stalker kit for my 97 Mustang GT was FANTASTIC workmanship. As close to OEM as I ever got on an aftermarket piece. Honest.

Just a guess, but I think this hood would proly add about 25 pounds over an existing stock hood. Not a big deal at all, IMHO.

Im thinking I like R Hood, but no thanks on the front splitter / valance.

I'm with you. I don't like the dinosaur bumps on the hood. In fact, the whole thing looks like we're trying to turn the truck into "rice." Just my opinion though......

No way is the hood rice... My mustang had the exact same hood and it was the best looking mustang I had ever seen. I got compliments on it all the time.

Yep. I'm obviously in the minority here, but I freaking LOVE that hood and fascia.

I have a buddy who put the R fascia on his Cobra and when he first did it, it was all I could do to keep from hurling. The look, in my opinion, was too ricey.

That opinion lasted for all of maybe 5 minutes.

Not only has he set his car up to look better, but it's different. And I'm sure most of us here would like their trucks to look just a little bit different from the next guys truck.

I LIKE that truck. I'll be saving my cash for those two pieces.

Cervinis is making them, right? The fit and finish of Cervinis products is very good. I have their Stalker front fascia and Stormin' Normin hood on my '90 GT.

BTW..... Watching Trucks! right now and heres a idea of how old it is, they're testing the "New 1999 SVT Lightning" haha

says mid 14's in the quarter and 0-60 in just under 7 seconds. Were they really that high?
according to my 1/8th mile trap speeds/et and an online 0-60 converter my 0-60 time is 5.3, and a 14.0 on hte top end. mine being a 2000 truck

Just did a quick 'chop on it to take away the splitter from the front bumper and I think it looks 100% better without it. Still think it looks a little more like the 2006 L front, but it would be nice to have the extra holes up front for intake or brake cooling.

-Touched up a little bit-

Should have it like the 2000 R where you could leave it on or take it off with the doozu(sp?) fasteners for when you need that extra downforce for extended high speed runs

I love the hood, the fascia.. is badass, just needs major work.

I like the splitter idea ALOT. There's just something wrong with it, I think that the grille is ugly, and the whole grille area should be flipped like the current L bumper. Maybe they should try to make it just like hte L bumper with a splitter, but with there new foglight layout.. and bring the splitter up just a bit to match the bodylines a bit better

Both hood and front fascia are tasteless and fugly, IMO. I certainly wouldn't spend a dime to actually make my truck uglier!
