Take a 6 point deep socket and pound it on the wheel lock with a Ford Wrench like this one.

yysenhimer is right, you can also try to take a cheap wheel key from the auto parts store that fits in the lug (wont fit perfectly) and then JB weld it to the lug.........this works, I had to do it when the tire shop stripped the locks on my Lincoln Ls wheels.

When I had new back tires put on at Discount Tire, they couldn't locate my wheel key so they used a special socket that has ridges in it that are slightly twisted. They just pounded it on with a hammer and put the impact to it. They came right off. I enned up buy new wheel locks from The Ford dealership and I think they were about $60 for a set of 4. To get the old front ones of I used a 13/16 s****et and a hammer. I think that was the right size. And be careful of your wheels the last swing with the hammer grazed the edge of the socket and I shattered my center cap. Usually any tire shop or criminals will have the special socket to remove wheel locks.
