I got the belt from a local NAPA store(Gates Brand) and was easy to fit (5 Mins) Just got an 0.5 inch bar and fit it into the front of the tensioner pulley and pushed to release the belt tension. I can't remember the belt size but it was around 0.5 inch less than stock diameter. It was about $26 and to me worth the gamble

I have the same problem, but it happened hot or cold.

 

The belt fixed it and is running sweeeeeeet!!!!!!
