r/t .162
60 2.042
330 5.645
1/8 8.495
mph 86.35
1000 10.933
1/4 12.964

Its been repeated here over and over and over -

Its all in your 60 foot- A 2.1 60 foot is 3 or 4 tenths slower than you should be

Typically if you cut a tenth off the 60 foot it = MORE on the 1/4 mile

You need slicks or a better launch ....

On a second look your MPH isnt very high for those mods either..
The weather may have been hurting you...

His 60ft times aren't great, but their is something else wrong. Even with a 1.90 60ft, that would still put him mid 13's. Better get to a dyno.

Is your intercooler pump working?
turn your truck on and wait about 30 seconds, look at the intercooler resavoir and see if it is bubbling on the passenger side.

I would think with the mph your doing, your truck is not making the power it should.
With that said, I think you and Rob02 should run for slowest reaction times

Sounds like _everyone_ else was considerably slower than they should have been, too. Viper running 112mph through the traps is at least 6+mph slow.

Headwind will absolutely _kill_ MPH, especially with a brick of a front end like the Lightning has.

Run it again at a different track, and/or get it dyno'd. 10.xx:1 A/F ratio is too rich, IMHO.

I ran just slightly quicker than that with just a filter and catback, so it sounds like you have a problem. Could be the track though if everyone was running slower like you said.

i think i will send it back to sal for a reburn. could there be something wrong with my chip? when i first got it i acidentaly switched it to the stock program while it was still running, which you are not supposed to do. i also noticed that i have a miss at part throttle if running on anything other than the stock program. i can plug the egr vaccum tube and the miss goes away and i can run on the performance tunes. i also have an egt gauge that says 1300* at the end of the track, which seems low since at crusing speed it stays right above 1200. i think it is time for a reburn, or a programmer. i dont have access to a dyno locally, it is about a 4 hour drive. thanks for the input guys anything is helpful at this point. by the way, when you race, when your truck shifts into second do you spin to the point of going sideways sometimes on f1's? i think i might try another track

80% humidity, 75degrees, 15mph headwind (!!!), 2.1 60' and extremely rich... probably very little timing because its a street (pump gas) program..

It all adds up. Take the truck out with cooler weather, no wind and get some traction and you'll do WAY better.

Get it on a dyno to verify the tune, there may be some left in the tune as well (esp. if its in the 10's...)

Just my .02.. I wouldnt scream about it too much given the weather and traction conditions. ..

Your EGT's indicate that you're very rich. You really need to get your A/F a point leaner. I've seen posts on EGT's for Lightnings being 1500-1550 for good power and A/F ratio.

I tuned my Mustang exclusively using EGT, and no wide band O2. EGT works just as well. In fact, it is not subject to finicky or lead fouled O2 sensors.

I think you should make sure your timing at WOT is 15-16 degrees with your 92 octane. All this, and I'll bet you get 105-106 MPH even in your lousy air.
