harness bar?

Does anyone make one for our trucks? I'm not fast enough to need a full-on rollcage, but I would like the added feature of using a 5-point harness in the twisties.

Please post pics, links, comments, etc.!

Does that mean that you will make more on a money up front basis?

Depending on price, I would be interested in one as well...money up front.

Do you have any pics of the bar? I prefer something that bolts in without having to remove the rear storage compartments.

Can we possibly move this over to the NLOC board? Also, could you post a picture of what "a harness bar" looks like? I have yet to see one in a Lightning so I'm a bit curious....(for informational purposes only)...

we gotta keep this off the forum. I just emailed Stan and he said he needs 5 to commit before going into production. Please email me if you are serious. JPaskell@Bridgew.edu

Thanks Jim

JimJr,

Email sent.

RUslow,

What is an email I could reach you at? I'd like some installation details and pictures.

JimJr,

I'm on the fence depending on price. If it's too much, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to commit. If everything works out, I have no problem sending payment (MO or Paypal) in advance.

JimJr,

Got your email. I dug up some pictures of a harness bar in Lightning, but I'm not sure how close in design it is to RUslow's. Here's the thread: http://www.nloc.net/forum/showthread...threadid=58121

It looks like it uses the stock seatbelt bolts, which is a plus since no additional drilling or hardware would be needed. I'm unsure how the upper portion attaches to the seatbelt track though.

Also, is the entire assembly one piece? Shipping would be an obstacle if it was....
