Yes it can. I unbolt the coolant tank for the supercharger and move it to the side.
Then take the supercharger belt off.
Remove the bolt that hold the snout on the supercharger body.
If you look on the bottom corners of the supercharger you will see there is areas to pry the snout plate off and there is also pry areas to remove the rotor pack. Just remember to hone the mating surfaces before you put it back together. Also use some sensor friendly silocone sealer.

Suavy, can you fix snouts? I have one that some idiots broke the bolt of the pulley remover in. It may need a new shaft, but Id like to have it fixed. Pete
