rpm on highway

i just need to know if my rpms are to high for highway driving driving at 70 im at about 2100 at 80 its about 2300 isthat about right or are they to high???

Well, I have always wondered this also. I have a 2001 and mine is right at 2800 at 80mph.

whtsvt thats exactly where mine are at. you have a 99 or 00 right? mine's an 00 with 3.55 gears. funford that sounds about right, because you have 3.73s in your diff.
