Spark Plugs BR7EF - Yet Again.

I am going to remove the blower and intercooler this weekend so I can clean it out and this is a great time time to change the plugs. Right now I am running IT20's and everything seams OK, will find out once I remove the plugs. My question is will it be OK to run the BR7EF's with a 4lb lower? I did a search and it looks likes 12-13psi of boost is on the lower end for the BR7EF's. All my mods are in the sig. Also should I gap them at .038 or .040 since some people have an idle issue with these plugs.

I run Denso IT-22's @ .038 - .040 with 4 or 6 lbs of Extra Pulley, WITH NO PROB's. (3rd Summer on the same plugs)
The 7's should be fine

What is the difference between the BR7EF and BR7EFS in the above list?

I have the BR7's with a 4# in for about 16,000 miles now and have gapped at .035. The idel has always been a little rough but I can live with that.

Do you guys have your tuner account for different brand/range spark plugs when burning you a program?
