i am thinking about upgrading my maf from the 80 to the 90 mm on my 00.i have been told that this will not make much of a difference. any one made the upgade and if so is it worth it?

 

My experiance is its a waste of money. But I did it.

 

I will be getting a 2000 pretty soon and was wondering if I should upgrade to the 90mm also. Anybody else have any opinions???

 

you will need to add a chip, you cannot run the 90mm without proper calibration you will be running dangerous lean.
You do NOT need to upgrade, unless you are pushing 450rwhp or there about.

JLP went 9.88 on a stock 90mm maf.
