Been busier than a one-armed paperhanger, so I haven't even had a chance to put the wheels and brakes on and lower it down. The coils will settle in, so the truck has to be driven to determine the final ride height. Maybe Friday afternoon?

Spray can appliance epoxy. We'll see how it holds up.

let me know, i was considering powder coating, but painting would be a much cheaper alternative

Be very careful with powder coating coils springs, as some coaters will heat the ovens to over 800°F. Temperatures that high can change the temper of the metal…

UPDATE: The spacers shown will not fit inside either the Hotchkis or Ruslow coils.

They might have a size that fits, but I think that I am just going to return them a trim a bit off of the coils to get a spot-on 17" drop.

Tim, if you are looking to sell the AIM adj. spacers (pic u posted) and Tampa doesn't want them still, ill take 'em!
