Last photoshop . . .
Last photoshop . . .
Well I think I've decided to repaint it the stock silver, just because I don't think I will have enough money to cover painting the entire thing (door jams and all that). So Im looking at going with some different rims, and saw this a while back and like it. Can anyone photoshop these rims on my truck for me please? Damn, I really need to get this program and figure out how to use it. . .

Looks pretty good. Thanks bud! Can anyone else do any better? Like take out the inner part of the rim that you can see. Would there be any cons of shaving the rims like this? Will it ever get dull or discolored?

I'm a graphic designer and when asked to add chrome wheels that are shot in a totally different light and angle of the vheicle wanted on I pass. It's next to impossible to make the two images match. Chrome and brilliant colors can't be enhanced or changed much in a photo program to look natural, so there is a terrible match and you will always get people saying it looks like crap snd your hard work is wasted. If you want a cartoon like image I can make anything you want to match, but replicating what the human eye sees is not possible. Look at the high budget sci-fi movies. Amazing effects but still fake looking.
Wow, the only other thing I asked for was to delete the black backing from behind the rim. I didn't ask for a perfect picture. The reason I included both links was because I thought maybe one of the other views of the rims would be better to use for the photoshop. I liked the job the guy did and told him so. I was just wondering if it was possible to take out the black part. He did say he jus did a quick one.

I apologize as I should have been more clear and my comments were not aimed at you personally. I was just making statements in general so the asker and person doing the photoshop don't have great expectations for this request. I have seen so many rim requests in the past on forums and the person helping just gets ripped apart on a crappy job. I want people to know the difficulty in such a request so you know not to be so hard on peoples attempt to help in the future.
Yea I hear ya. I appreciate the time and effort he put in, even if it wasn't his best. I thought it looked pretty good. A hell of a lot better than I could ever do. I'm not sure what looks like *** about it, cause it doesnt look much different than the chrome 99/00's, but whatever. I'm just not much for extremely shiny rims on these trucks.
Thanks man. Hey, have you guys been out to the track again at all since I went with ya'll last? My chip is acting up, so I'm going to get a new superchips and get a dyno tune here in Houston. HALO is having a dyno day in the end of July. Hopefully my truck won't be dieing half way down the track after that!
racetested is right, thats no easy job.
Just me or do those rims kinda just look like chromed 99's with black centers? I like em.
A better choice would be to photoshop the other truck in silver. But overall i think the pictures give you enough of an idea is you like em or not.
