I think Mart Man did a super bang-up job on the quickie photochop. It's good enough to give you an idea for how those wheels would look on the truck. Try playing around with Photoshop a little and you'll eventually get the hang of it. 
Those shaved wheels don't look so bad...

I see now that you quoted ben_g99. I have Photoshop 7 also and it can be a real pain to get things looking good sometimes. That guy that posts the Gear-Fx wallpapers is a master with Photoshop!
P.S. I like the Smoothies more myself...
