It's not an exhaust leak, instead I have
Cylinder Head gasket leak, *****!!
I have a leak from the cylinder head gasket, the dealer told me that my fluttering engine noise was an exhaust leak, i went to REM today and they told me my head gasket is leaking, luckily I have an aftermarket warrant and they will probably cover it, so while the engine is apart I might put new cams and rods, and other suggestions without braking the bank

I noticed a fluttering/ticking after I installed LT's on mine. I know the LT's are supposed to tick, but I've never heard another L that sounded like this, and there are plenty of L's with LT's in HALO down here. I took it to the place where I got them installed, but he didn't even really want to look at it. He just said he didn't hear it. I hear it though, and it gets louder with more acceleration. My damn tips also rattle together when the motor is cold. I don't have a clue where to begin to look for this sound and the cause of my tips rattling.
After the dealer I took the truck to a very good muffler shop and they couldnt find any leak!!!

Im a little confused on your post but let me say, The motor should not hold pressure when doing a compression test. If you want to see if the cylinders are bleeding down, you do a leak down. You do have problems and should contact your tuner for a reburn or any suggestions on plugs. The breakup is because you are burning plugs. Several things happen when you blow a head gasket. 1) Water comes out the exhaust 2) Oil is milky 3) Water comes out your radiator overfill 4) Truck sounds like it has a exhaust leak. If you dont show any of the above 4 problems you just need to have your chip reburned.
Are you doing a compression test or leak down ? If your doing a leakdown then like others have said, you prolly have a bent valve. Another note when doing compression tests, you have to pull all the plugs and crank engine over about 5 times with throttlebody 100% open. The 150 you have will go up if you didnt do the above steps.

Uh, "They showed me where oil was coming out of the bolts." I've seen lots of bad head gaskets. Usually, a bad head gasket leaks combustion products (under very high pressure) into the coolant passages. I need someone to enlighten me here. Are there high pressure oil passages from the block to the heads that blow out and leak, or is the dealer looking for service wortk?

The diagnostic tests (leak down, etc.) detailed above should be performed to determine the health of the gaskets.
