So $389 is not a bad price for an afco?

Same image and description as on LFP's site. $10 less isn't worth it IMHO.

Regardless of whose heat exchanger it is or the vendor/seller, claims of (approx) 35 degree fluid temp decrease is an overexaggeration.

How so you ask?

Primary and secondary intake temp sensors were monitored and compared, avg 3 days/week for 1.5 hour, in all types of traffic for nearly six months in ALL kinds of weather with only a JLP air box w/ scoop and 3# lower, that would put the secondary intake temp just a few degrees above the primary intake temp (slightly above ambient) AFTER passing through the Eaton.

I dont think so...... mmmmmkay

If it is AFCO it is a quality piece. I have heard that LFP is having a "copy" of AFCO's made overseas so they are cheaper.

LFP has not updated its site. The LFP description and photo is of the Afco, but LFP no longer sells the Afco. So there is no way to tell from the eBay listing whether it is a true Afco or an LFP-type HE.

The 35 degrees is believeable under boost conditions, but the stupid part is claiming that it is a "constant 35 degrees." HEs reduce fluid temps by a percentage, not a constant.
